  • Part Numbers and Infor Needed

Alright, I already did a search, and havent found what I am looking for. Matter fact I found a lot of good information, but I was looking for something a little different. I bought a cam, my car has about 106K on it right now and its a 3.8. I have been looking for the best valve springs to buy. I see a lot of post on this and that spring, but no really comments on if that spring is too much or not enough. Also I am basically going to rebuild my whole valve train and was what parts do I need. I guess I could ask my mechanic, but I was hoping to just buy all the things I need, set up an appointment and get the cam installed. And any part number or manufactures would help.
