What I gave you were the descriptions from a file named GM rpo list Nov02.xls.pdf that I found somewhere (I can't remember where) on the net. You could probably find it by doing a Google search for "GM RPO" codes.
It has thousands of codes listed for all GM cars over the whole world (GM europe, Holden, etc.) and of course all of the north american GM cars. Even though it is dated 2002 it has RPO codes for cars that were not publicly anounced in 2002 such as LS2 6.0 liter engines listed for the 2005-2006 Corvette and GTO.
Sometimes you have to read between the lines. For example there isn't a code for the Monsoon sound system but the combination of UN0 and UZ7 would be what is needed for the Monsoon system in model year 2000.
There are hundreds of "computer selected springs" listed. I don't know for sure, but I suspect that there are several different springs that were used for production to fine tune the ride height for cars with different options. For example, a base car with no options and manual transmission weighs less than a fully loaded car with automatic, power windows and seat, etc.
