Does anyone have an idea on how to remove the weight from our beast of a car? I already took out my backseats and all the seat belt assembly. Would removing the heat shields under the car burn anything up? And how do you do that?

Search ... there are 200+ pounds of crap that easily comes out ... the rest is a challenge.

I removed my heat shields. One of the clamps came loose and was making an awful rattle, so i just clipped the clamp off and slid the shield off...No noticed problems. This was done 3 yrs ago
