Anyone have any ideas on how to push more power out of a 3.1lt V6? I want to squeeze everything I possibly can out of it!

hey there peeps. - no one HAS to visit any section, the whole board is designed to give advice, the 3.1L shares design with the 2.8/3.4, so lots of people on the board will be able to help him [img]smile.gif[/img]
note: you cant stroke a 3.1L to 3.4L -- a 3.1L is a stroked 2.8L. (a 3.4 is a bored and stroked 2.8L (or a bored 3.1))
you COULD go to A.R.E and get the engine bored out to 3.4L -- but that would be risking it. you have three options:
1)build the crap outta the 3.4 motor, heads (from the 3.4)/cam/headers/exhaust, etc etc..
2)buy a 3.4L and toss it into your car.
3)have A.R.E bore your motor out to 3.4L. i dont reccomend this, cause the actual 3.4L block is slightly larger w/larger cylinders than a 2.8/3.1, hence the reason it can be bored up to .060 over the 3.4L displacement (204ci -> 211ci)
its all up to you.
