Ok I have searched and found some stuff but I still have some questions. what Mods can be done and still pass the test? here in Arizona we just have a dyno test no visual. who out there has to pass emissions and what mods do you have. I want to make this car fast but I need it to be drivable. any help would be great. also does anyone know how P&P the heads and intake effect emissions test? thanks.

Reprogrammed computer
MSD DIS-4
All CARB legal and I pass smog.
