  • JB Weld question

anyone ever used the JB Weld quick setup stuff? I had to put it on my TB and wanted to know how long it will take before it is fully dried and hard......it says it only takes 4 minutes to setup on the package but its taking longer

If it says 4 minutes to set, give it 1/2 hour to be totally sure. Why take a risk over a few minutes.
I don't trust the quick dry JB Weld. I buy the regular JB Weld that takes about 8 hours to cure. I ~believe~ it holds better. Just my opinion though.

it sets up fairly fast but I never liked it. I would use a better epoxy personaly. It still reqires a good amount of time to really cure.

Yeah I don't trust the fast stuff. I like the reg slow stuff. If you have the time just use the better stuff
