Well, I drove all the way home and nothing happened.
The guy at autozone that did the diagnostic said it was probably a leakey gas-cap.

It could be a gas cap. I see it all the time at the toyota dealership that I work for. People (old) don't tighten their gas cap to the 3 clicks and the fuel system doesn't build up any pressure.
