Are numbers pulled in 2nd gear from an a4 with aftermarket converter going to be accurate?

I swapped gears and converter since my last dyno pull and because of pcm issues i had to leave my old pcm(programmed for 3.08's) installed and thus we were hitting the governor in 3rd on the dyno.

Pulling in 2nd I lost 9 rwhp from last dyno 2 years ago.

2nd gear is not 1:1, so it will not be accurate.
