Not to sound like a complete idiot here but... will a 2001 HPP3 work on a 2002 Model PCM? Anyone know yet? Or is there a 2002 model out now?

No, it wouldn't work. Don't ask me why, I just know that it wouldn't. It would probably work software wise - but the programmer scans the VIN# and checks for year compatibility - and thats why it would be denied... wouldnt even get past the "bootup" screen.
im dying for this HPP3 as well... I need it badly.
