what do I need to run a P&P intake manifold and/or heads? maft+? or will it run fine without anything? what type of gains would a P&P intake manifold give? should the heads on a NA engine benifit from P&P? what is the price for a P&P intake manifold? thanks in advance.

i'll do your manifolds for 120 bucks plus shipping one way.
it's one of those things where it's good for a stock engine, better for a modded engine, more better for a more modded engine.
bare by itself, no other mods, you're looking at maybe 5. with typical bolt ons, 8-12...with more, well you get the idea.
i have pictures of my manifolds if you are interested in seeing my work.
