  • driving the car with 2 new wires and plugs

    I was replacing the spark plugs and wires today but I only got 2 finished..
    Is it safe to be driving with 2 new Accel wires and NGK plugs while other 4 are still stock AC delco ones?

    As far as I know it won't hurt a thing. You'll just have a few extra miles on the ones you got put on :D

        WTF.. ony two? why did you stop?

        anyway, you are probably ok.. jsut get those others on ASAP just in case.. you dont wanna be the guy to find out that its not ok to only run 2 new plugs/wires, do yah?

          cause the pre 2000's take like 6 hours to change with stock manifolds while the 2000+'s take about 20 min.
