our engine bays are exactly the same as the v8's. And it depends what kind of V8 you want to put in. Alot of them will not directly bolt in without ****in around with the motor mounts1996 Pontiac Firebird
Flowmaster Exhaust, Custom Cold Air Intake, 3.42 gears with LSD

I dont think the HEI would fit, but was curious about a regular one with a magnito, etc.
Also, if anyone has any pics, or can find them, with 4th gens that have carbed and distributerred v8s that would be awesome.

You don't have to "hack the windshield". The main issue will be the plastic cowl overhang. On the car we did this to, we removed most if not all of that black plastic piece. The windshield however, was still intact and sealing fine www.fullthrottlev6.com THE SOURCE!

ANyways, here is the story. I currently have a th350 and will be rebuilding a 350 sbc this winter. it has a shift kit right now, should i go ahead after my engine blows up.
96 camaro 350, th350 trans, could this still be a decent driver or more of a drag car. oh yeah, about 375+ hp. .500 + cam, ported heads, intake, headers etc.
my BIGGEST QUESTION is should i do the swap after my engine blows or just replace it with another 3.8???????????
FYI my car has 151,000 miles on it i drive HARD and i mean HARD. still runs like a top, any ideas on how much longer it will last??96 Camaro 3.8 A4 Basemodel: 8 mm wires, Shift Kit, Hollowed
Cat(o2 sims), RKSport exhaust, IAT 5.6K resistor, Home Depot CAI
>>>15.375 @ 89.27<<<NEW BEST TIME http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/552491
