what will a Paxton Automotive Inline Fuel Filter do to my car? ANY added horsepower or torque? thx in advance.

A fuel filter does just that: filter fuel.
Even if it did somehow reduce the resistance to the fuel pump, the fuel pressure regulator would compensate. (I think the selling point on most of these fuel filters is that they increase the available fuel by reducing pressure to the system)
No gains. None. Zip, zero nada.
Cleaner fuel.
