installing stock fog lights on car with no fogs

i dunno if this is appearance, or electrical, so therefore general tech sounds good....

i'm gonna be getting some stock fog lights (with the housing brackets) very soon, as i love the look and my camaro has no fog lights...

what do i have to do to install them, physically, and also, if i want to wire them up, what do i have to do (i don't care about a switch, if they are wired to the headlights, coming on when the headlights are on, that would be fine)
