  • fuel computer controller?

HAs naybody ever put a air/fuel computer on their camaro? Im not talking like a performance chip but an actual controller that mounts on the dash and you can controll the air/fuel mixture from inside the car via a controller? thanks

Why would you want to? your car is going to run at the best mixture for fuel milage anyway thanks to the 02's...

yup. and if your worried about not having enough fuel during WOT.. at WOT the computer sets into PE or "power enrichment" mode. That will change the injector pulse width to richen up the mixture.

I thought you could change the air fuel mixture to make it run a little leaner/less leaner to get more horse out of the engine. Why couldnt you do that?

lean is not going to make power. Rich will but only if you ahve the RPM's to match it. but thats exactly what PE mode does.
