Swapping a pcm is easy pie man. Just gotta disconnect the two bolts, take off the two connector attachements, and pull that mother out. Its very annoying to pull out, but you can do it, just give it hell Make sure you disconnect the battery first though! If you need help on the rear-end swap I just completed mine, aol me at Zaknafein6RedLineVSix
95 Patriot Red Trans Am, M6, 3.42\'s,no rear tires
(SOLD!)97 Silver Camaro 3.8 Liter A4 3.42 + LSD, 1pc DS, and one messed up speedo :)

Make sure you are careful when you are removing the two bolts on the connectors, if you do it the wrong way or if your too rough it will break the conneters and you really be sol. And also make sure to remove the two bolts on the casing the PCM is sitting in and then move the whole thing to the right and try toget it out. You might have to loosen the water guard under the windshield there because I did.
In case you didnt know the PCM is in the upper left hand corner of the engine compartment, easily visable due to all the wires going into it. I fuxored my hand up doing this so be careful all that metal in there is sharp.
for fun do a seacrh for: PWNED by my PCM, it details in length what happened to me.
