    It's easy. Here's what I did.

    1. Buy some wire and a switch.
    2. Locate relay box under hood. (by air box)
    3. Take off plastic wing nut and cover.
    4. Relay box panel (where ralays plug into) is held on by plastic tabs. Separate it.
    5. Find the relay that controls the fans and connect a piece of wire into into the bottom of it that you have exposed.
    6. Mount switch and run the wire to it.
    7. Run another wire from switch to a power source that is always hot. (I used air pump)

    note: Unless you insulate wire, don't run it the length of the hood. I mounted mine right by the box and have had no trouble at all with it.

        Wire from Auto Zone= $2.99
        Switch = $1.99
        Misc Connectors = $1.99

        Less than $7.00

        $10.00 tops if you decide to go with a fancy switch with an LED in it.
        My car has GPS trackin\',traffic alert,its own phone #,PS2,screens. And What da H3ll,When I Turn da key it says \"You\'ve got mail\"..... <br />I swear and promise.. There is an alternate way to doing this also. Locate the wire labled "J" up by the pcm. It is a green wire and the label is on the wiring harness. Tap into this wire with a scotch lock, run this tap to your switch. NOw run a wire from your other post on the switch to a ground.

          Thats it.

          As for if you really need this mod... well I guess if you're sitting in traffic alot, it might help. But if your mostly cruising down the road at resonable speed you probably dont need it. It is more of a "keep your car cool at the track" mod.
