99 to 2001 PCM Swap........

Is there anything I should know before I do this swap or do I just plug and play type of thing. the 2001 PCM is already programmed allthough I am not sure what gear ratio its programmed too.

Plug and play but do the crank position sensor setup before starting her.

It's called a CASE learn, you have to do it any time you put a new PCM in the car. The PCM has to learn the crank position sensor on that motor, the cps timing will be just a little bit different on every engine.

Also if you run a 160 stat the 2001 will not like it and you'll need a resistor from me.

Merlin where did you get the 2001 pcm? I want one too, I have a '99 and can't do crap with that pcm.
