How do third gen seats sit?

I recently hurt my back in a pretty gnarly accident and while I love my firebird dearly, sitting so low is starting to take its toll on me. I was wondering, since third gen seats will look the most legit, if they sit any higher up than fourth gens? I know they bolt in directly so chances are probably no but I was just wondering.

If not, does anyone have any suggestions for aftermarket seats that look like they belong and sit just a little bit higher up? I also have a power seat and even with it raised all the way up it's just not quite comfortable for me with my back like this.

no, they sit at about the same hieght

they ARE slightly wider though

whenever I see 3rd Gen's with 4th Gen seats the gap between the door and the console is a bit bigger.
