my SES light keeps coming on and I need to know how to find out what it is... I went to autozone but they said they didnt have the machine to read the code anymore.... they did give me a key with 2 prongs on it and told me some BS... anyway, im a novice with cars and I have no idea what to do with this key....

Good way to start is with a haynes manual. Your car is an obd1 equiped car so search around for obd1 codes. There is a connector under the steering wheel that you stick the key in, pretty sure it just grounds one wire out. Not sure on the entire process for pulling codes but search for it and you'll find it.
