I switched from 7mm to 8mm wires mainly because I was able to get them for free... I was wondering if anyone has noticed a difference in running larger wires for our cars... Mainly 8mm wires. Oh and does brand really matter? Meaning would a Taylor 8mm wire always be better than say a Bosch 8mm wire?

I doubt you would tell a lot of difference between the Bosch and the Taylors. The resistance of the wire is the big thing. A lot of people like the MSD Super Conductors because they average about 50 ohms/foot where others are well over 200 ohm/foot. The lower the resistance, the more power gets to the plug.- Josh
If you have any questions or need installation pics/help, e-mail me: Viper98885@aol.com
\'93 Camaro Hardtop
\'01 Lincoln LS8 Sport
\'00 Yamaha YZF-R6
Full Throttle Performance
