  • How much weight did I lose?

I have a 94' 3.4 A4 Camaro and I recently took out my entire backseat , backseat seatbelts , Spare Tire , Jack , Rear hatch speaker assembly ( the one back speacker near the left tailight ).

How much weight do you think i took out? Oh I also took out my 3 10' MTX 6000 Series Subs & Box , a Coustic Crossover , All wiring , And A 1000 Watt Sony Xplod Amp.....the sound system was probably 100lbs

Rear seats are 40 pounds...tire and jack are liek 50 or so..? sub boxes are huge...my 2 10" box weighed 56 pounds. Seat belts are about 2-3 lbs. apiece (i weighed em) and your rear hatch assembly is probly 10 or so...im betting you took of close to 200+ lbs. If ya want, pull ur passenegr seat at the track, it in itself weighs approx. 35lbs.

Stripped the car enough that now you can't carry passengers, or sport any tunes, and all to go from a 16.5 to a 16.3 ET.

        Wow, look out speed racer.
I would have left it all in.

If you really want weight savings, remove the rear hatch and doors... should take a good 300 lbs off of the car... take out hood and A/C.. another 100
