I was considering removing the AC equipment on my Camaro. Basically cause I've had the car for three years and have never used it before and I don't intend on selling the car either.
Would doing this mess with the timming or anything like that?

youve never used your A/C!!!! you live close to me and there was a heat index of 112 for 10 days straight here!! wow I had it full blast!
also, you should look around in the regional section some... theres sometimes some v6 fbody get togethers around here... prolly one before people get back in school and such!
It won't affect timing, a/c system and timing are completely seperate systems.
If you yank the ac compressor then you either must have a custom bracket with a free spinning wheel or shorter belt.
I had a custom bracket made when I deleted my power steering.
Magnus is the only person I know who deleted a/c in a v6, you might want to check out his site if he has anything there.

The part number for the idler pulley that would replace the AC on the 3.4L V6 is 10115875 and you would need a belt that is 1954mm long (76.9").
For the 3.8L V6, I need to see a VERY good pic of the AC bracket and compressor while on the car. The GM parts catalog is a little odd with this system and it's tough to make out what all you would need. I am pretty sure that you would need the following, but would like to make sure with some pics...
24503454 - Belt Idler Pulley Bracket
24502989 - Pulley
24503247 - Belt - 2114mm long, 6 Rib (83.2")
As soon as I can get some good pics, I will be able to make sure that this info is correct.

Do you ever plan on selling the car? Or trading it in? Unless you're planning to get super serious about racing, i'd leave it in.

Not much going on, replaced my Kenwood double din stereo with a Pioneer double din, the Kenwood had problems. Then replaced my power inverter for my reverse...
