it's in the EGR valve. #3 is the largest opening of the 3 selinoids. The reason that code sets is because the MAP sensor sees little or not pressure difference when selinoid 3 is triggered. It's not the valve 9 out of 10 times it's the EGR passages in the intake being cloged. The PCM needs to see a change in MAP voltage when the valve is commanded on.
