You will need acrobat to open this up. It is a list of codes and diagnostic procedures for each. Pretty good thing to have around. For code 103 it looks like you will need a scan tool to determine if the maf sensor is bad or not. If it is you might need to replace it. For 1680, i would double check it. You might of remembered the code wrong or something along those lines. I don't think your car would come up with it unless there was a code for it. But i dunno. Hope I could help.
Wow, were did you find that, that's a great link. Thank! I don't know about that 1680 code the computer at autozone said 4x4 transfer case so who knows.
A while ago there was a guy on here that sent me that list through email. He was talking about it and said i was the first person to actually ask for the list. I'm glad I got it. When I went to autozone to get my codes checked I remember the guy told me the one and I tried to remember it. When I got back home I remembered it backwards so it didn't come up on the list. Also I wouldn't trust the guys from autozone in going about fixing it. Half the guys I talked to didn't know what they were talking about. Maybee when you get your MAF fixed and get the codes checked again, double check to see if that one code was different at all.
The 4x4 transfer case description was the same problem the autozone guy came up with when checking my P1870 code.(Slipping tranny) Does your 1-2 shift get hard after driving around for a while?
Yes it does! It practically knocks your head off after about 30 minutes of driving, I thought it was just the B&N trickshift getting hot. Did you have to replace your transmission?
D'oh, ya sounds like you have a slipping tranny. There is a repair kit offered by transgo that fixes the problem. I paid 52 for the kit and 260 to have it installed but it took care of the problem.
KDS Performance
This guy sells them for cheap and his shipping is fast. When I get home from work I'll post some pics of the kit and the instructions so you can see what its all about.
