  • Erratic gas gauge

I just noticed this problem on my 97 RS. The gas gauge needle seems to move all over the place when I hit a bump or accelerate hard. For example I’m about ¾ full. When I punch it the needle will move beyond the F and slow return back to ¾. Got any ideas?
