  • Floored it, no more misfires?!

Okay so my car was studdering and having a few misfires, it wasn't anything major just a light stumble infact it wasn't even enough to set off an SES... but anyway a friend wanted to see what my car can do so I took him up to the highway, gunned it, no more stumbles, car took off like everything was peachy keen and when I got off to turn back around... everything was just fine... No light stumbles, nothing but pure smoothe accelleration...

What happened? was she just tired of being so constricted?

probably just bad gas. my car sometimes has a nasty stumble and before would throw and SES light and run bad, then run fine. as long as you dont have to call a tow truck, i guess the chevys are still a-ok in my book. im a die hard chevy fan, but the 3.8 has made me wonder about the design of this ignition system, but wait, its only a canadian buick, so i guess i cant blame chevrolet, ha ha

eiher bad gas or coil packs got wet, on my car when it rains hard the water, leaks down the plastic piece under the windshield, and get all over the coil packs and causes a misfire for me.
