Whats the idle speed on a 3.8 supposed to be, cuz it seems when i first got my car it was idling at around 900rpms and not it seems to be around 750rpms, is this a problem? or is that what your idles at.

My car idles around 700 to 750 when it is warmed up and about 900 to 1000 when cold. That is right where it should be.2004 Dodge Dakota 3.7 litres of raw power!!<br />Nothing but a 6!<br />Do you know for sure? John 3:18 -
AutoTap says that the target RPM for idle is 750.
