  • starting problem

    i have to really crank my key and give it a little gas to get it to start when its cold, then right after that black/gray smoke comes out my pipes. any one else have this problem. once i get it started it drives perfect


    i gave it a tune up: new spark plugs/wires,oil change,oil filter and i cleaned my K&N

    Been having a similar problem without the black/grey smoke. Changed fuel filter, pcv and gas cap (there was no pressure released when I went to fill er up). Did that yesterday. Started the car prolly 5 or 6 times today - seemed to be much better but still had a little trouble a couple of times. Next step will prolly be the fuel pump (ran it way too low way too many times - me thinks it may have burnt up a bit)
