If I remember right... 6a doesn't work on our cars
DIS-4 = distributorless ignition
6a works with a distributorSinister Six©
My \'95 Bird
I am not afraid of storms, for I am learning how to sail my ship.

Is it the way the motor even fires (I thought was more efficient anyway)? How can the 3.4's ignition suck that bad...I've heard the DIS4 works great for the 3800 as well, yet I've also heard it does nothing for some people. If I went N20 or boost, I'd definitely get it, but for bolt ons, i would not go into MSD yet. I run cheapo wires and stock coil packs, my car runs great.-1999 Camaro Coupe 3800 Series II V6 A4 - SOLD
-1998 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP coupe

I think you can gap your plugs at .60 and be ok even. I duno whats different... but the 3.8 is just better. the DIS-4 is definately a good buy for the 3.4L thoughSinister Six©
My \'95 Bird
I am not afraid of storms, for I am learning how to sail my ship.

so if anyone could get a 3.8 module cheep and try it on the 3.4,we could see if it works betterWolf
95 black t-top camaro,3.4 5 speed,ud pullies,plugs/wires,de-shaft tb & gutted airbox, homemaid short throw shifter
