Is this done by a pulley puller?
    Does it even come off?

You will need a puller. I a lot of the parts stores have one you can use(rent) most of the time.
NAPA was doing that last time I was home.

Thats what i thought, thanks! btw how hard are they to put back on, and line up correctly, just use the puller to do the reverse as removing it (i.e. turn counterclockwise)?

The puller will come with an installer which is a seperate setup.
