  • how many miles until first tuneup?

    i've got about 65k on my car, and wondering when i should take it in to get it's first tune-up.

    I'd do it soon. I had one around 50k before I got the car.

      or you can wait until your spark plugs start shorting out on your exhaust manifold... it's up to you [img]tongue.gif[/img]

      you're about due. If you don't have it done within the next week or 2 be sure to work it into the budget.

          new spark plugs, wires, fluid check/change, oil/fuel filters.... just a bunch of basic work. An average car enthusiast can do it him/herself.

            ok, i'm a moron. actually, i have done all of those and i do them all myself. haha, i thought tune-up had to do with like adjusting valves/springs/and big stuff like that. sorry, nevermind this post.
