Last night I was out crusiing around. Stopeed a few places then headed somewhere with my buddy. Got back to the car, it would turn over?!>? So I was like WTF! Tried to jump the car. NOTHING. All power comes on, yet still engine doesnt make a single sound when I trie to start the car.
Try checking all the fuses? Relays? Battery connections? Battery itself?
If you have a voltmeter and a friend to help. First check constant power at the starter, thick cable from the battery, if power is there, check for crank power at the starter solenoid. Hold the meter on the smaller wire on the starter, have someone try to crank the engine and hold it there for a few seconds, should be getting 12 volts only during crank. No power start checking the above mentioned things. If there is power more than likely starter.
No, leave everything hooked up as normal. You tested it at the starter correct? If so, test the small wire on the solenoid while the key is in the crank position, not on/run.
If you have good voltage during crank then it is more than likely your starter, giving the battery has enough amps to turn it over.
clutch switch? that makes sure cluth is in?
Do your guage needels drop back down when you turn key to start?

this sounds familiar, there is a part that is around the flywheel that tells the ignition module when it is supposed to feed juice to the plugs, I found this out after spending closae to 1000.00 dollars. this part does not show up on the obd II codes as it does not report to the computer, it only reports to the ignition module. if that is not the cure then check your coil packs and the ignition module, if the ignition module is not showing up in the codes then it is probably the device around the flywheel
if it is, how do i post an image on the board (i know you put something before and after the hyperlink, i just forget what it is), and ill show you how to see if that is the problem.
