headlight motor problem...

alright, when i turn my headlights off, the right one will make a grinding noise for about 30 seconds after they go down. what is the problem? is it fixable by myself, or do i have to replace the motor? ::shutters::

after i posted that, i looked, and i found it, and struggled to fix it. i need to get a friend with some tools to fix it.

Mine does the same thing. I plan on fixing that any day now. But my headlights also come up when i turn just the parking lights on? Any idea on how to fix this?
