• Installing Power Window Motor

I am having some probs installing the window motor in my car. Anybody know an easy way to do it? I called to see how much it would cost to have it installed at a dealership and it was like $250 bucks. I'm not payin that, no way! Anybody have any tips on doing it yourself? A step-by-step how to would be awesome!
