I know a decent amount about cars and im tryin to learn more. But my service engine light just came on and ive noticed when my engine gets hot my oil presure drops. If anyone could give me any ideas what might be wrong i would really appreciate it. O and for some background info i have a 97 firebird. Any information you need to know to help me trouble shoot this just let me know.

If the SES light is on, get it scanned. Trying to figure out which of the hundreds of possible codes is the problem is stupid...just take it down and have them tell you for free.
