  • NEED HELP WITH MY TACHOMETER

I just bought a 84 chev pickup. it has a sunpro tach in it and it currently does not work. i have followed all the wires back that are coming off of the tach. All of them are hooked up except one wire that goes through the firewall and it is a green wire. I think this is why its not working. can anyone tell me where this wire is supposed to go?

Maybe somebody has a diagram or something for me to look at?

I think the green would go to the tach side of the distributor or the - on the coil. Something of that nature.
