true to a point it depends on what the firing order is for the impala 3.4. its the same reason LT1's sound better than ls1s.

I would of never guessed, cuz their firing orders are almost the same: 1-6-5-4-3-2, acually, it is the same, ecept the opposite, if you think about it.

All I’m seeing you only think it sounds nicer because it is not your car.
Trust me that is the only reason why any off as makes any modifications to our cars. believe me or not but it’s the true. mine dad has the same car that I have only a hard top (f-bird ) so every time I drive his car I think is fester than mine, when I race him I always win so there u go, just like some looks on your car and thinks wow this car is so nice, and when you look at it you just find another thing that you want to change

They just have a mean low deep gurgle. LS1s sounds similar, but for whatever reason i can tell its just newer technology... better is an opinion when it comes to sound though
