weird ac problem

I just got done putting a new engine in and now my ac clutch is not engaging. I am not getting power to the connector on the compressor or to the relay in the fuse block. I am, however, getting power through the ac fuse. To make things more confusing I tested the circuit and the fuse for continuity and they are continuous. Since i'm not getting any power to the relay i'm assuming this is an electrical problem and nothing to do with my compressor, but i did put 2 cans of freon and 1 can of oil in the system before i decided something was wrong. If you have ideas please help [img]smile.gif[/img]
