sounds like a bunch of to me. maybe your car is so IN TUNE that it's expelling air cleaner than it's intaking. take it to a different inspection cneter.

you still use that inspection stuff wehre they put the rod in the exhaust?

PA uses OBDII scanners. they just hook the car up to a scanner and it reads teh o2's.

my car passed, it took like 5 seconds for them to do it.

take it to a different center. there is no WAY you will fail, you dont have any major mods.

its not clear what they meant by "computer didnt pick up any numbers". did they mean that the computer didnt see anything on its sensor or that it rejected the readings due to too much dilution? if you have an exhaust leak its possible that you are not getting enough exhaust gases to the tailpipe. either its leaking before it reaches the tailpipes or air is mixing with the exhaust gases (dilution). if you have a dual exhaust one side might test 'better' than the other (with the borla and a closed plate, checking the passenger tail pipe will yield zero emissions).

or his equipment could be broken.
