Noticed it the other day, didnt really pay attention to it much and have been in bed sick since. Its probably a gasket, how much is that to be replaced by a shop?

    Thanks

Your engine has about 30 gaskets. Depends on which one you're talking about. ;)

Yeah... Oil goes to a lot of places in your engine, it could be leaking from literally, anywhere.

We will be able to help you more if you make more detailed posts.

Depends on what gasket.. You'll have to check it out when your up to it. Would be better to do it yourself as most gaskets are fairly simple (just time consuming). Worst case scenario, it's the rear seal. Take it to a shop and your talking about $700. Do it yourself, maybe $30. Just hope it's the valve cover gaskets, cheap and easy.

Anywho, yeah. The will vary as much as what could be leaking. The valve covers aren't *That* hard to change, and would be a pretty easy fix by youself.

If its the Rear main... well, thats a little harder. Ok, ALOT harder. If you don't work on cars much, you'd be better off taking it to a shop.

I did mine, and it was a hell of a job.
