my left turn signal seems to runnning a little slow...i turned it on and the time it took in btween and during th e"blink" took a lot longer than the right turn signal. is it the bulb or something? what do i need to do to fix it?

I had a similar problem, blinking slower...sometimes not blinking at all. Turned out to be a burt out bulb for my front turn signals, phoenix6 is right, try changing out the bulbs first or see if you see one out.
