Just to warn you your car is going to run like ***...

a gutted cat and a highflow cat pretty much feel exactly the same to the driver.

You are running no CAT in an OBDII car, which means its likely running like *** and you are throwing an SES code unless you have a O2 sim.

A cat is not going to be the end all thing for you to do a burnout..

Bump the pressure up to 44 psi in the right rear, half hold brake don't stomp it, mash gas as hard as you can, hold or release brake to liking of extending the burnout.

Have people laugh at you because you think you are cool doing a burnout. Might be cool in the highscool parking lot but any car meet people think its gay.

I can chirp the tires on my dad's old 13.5 hp riding lawnmower if I dump the clutch. I got the tires to smoke in a 90 hp automatic 2.5 L 4 banger FWD 89 Gran am.

So car people are generally not impressed. Same goes for people who rev their motor at the track to look cool. Because peopel who visit the track have never seen a car with an aftermarket exhaust.

? I ran a 15.27 bone stock /w a stock cat and a flowmaster exhaust when i first got the car after taking the spare tire and jack out. Now I'm planning to run with my jet power chip and no cat now. But if neccesary I will put the cat back on, it looked retarded @ the track when i couldnt do a burnout.

And 15.27 isnt bad for a 3.8L, in fact, thats pretty fast.

        Torre...

I even tried revving it up to 2500 and letting go of the brake.. I still dont even spin the tires at all.. I'm realy clueless about what else to check, maybe ill take it in to a shop and ask them to checkout some stuff.
Well, let me take another shot here, what tires are going to be "burning out on"? If you don't have drag radials or something I am just going to laugh at you and tell you need to learn somethings first.

if you cant get your tires to spin when you want them to. What makes you think they're gonna spin off the line?... you dont need to waste money on tires by heating them up to increase traction, for you have no problem with traction. Your trying to be a show-off, noone likes that here. Its a stock 6 banger for christ sake, GIVE IT UP!
