sometimes when its raining, and i have the wiper blades going (duh) (i use rain-x by the way), anyway, sometimes, my wiper blade arm doesn't stop in time, and the top of it goes off the end of the windscreen, just a bit, but not much, and only some of the times, when it's really coming down (although that happens a lot in vancouver, BC)...
anyone know how to fix this, i'm sure its just a little bit of tweaking
had a similar problem, just unbolt the arm from the stud coming up with the arm in the ready position (this is where the arm sits when you have the wipers on delay), put em on delay, and then cut the ignition without turning the wipers off..
anyway pull the arm off the stud and rotate the arm to whatever position you think will solve the problem.. it may take a couple of trys to get it just right..
