I thought it was the exhaust, it had been coming from behind and maybe from under the car, especially over bumps. NOthing seemed loose, from what we could tell. I finally had my dad stand outside of the car while I backed out of the yard, but he couldn't place it. We were still looking around when one of us bumped into the antenna. A familiar rattle. We stopped dead in our tracks. Damn, here I thought it was one thing and it turns out to be a loose antenna. Lol. Hasn't rattled again.

I had a rattle in my car once for a while and couldn't figure out what it was. One day i was cleaning out the car and it turned out to be the stupid cigaratte lighter in side the little map holder on the door rolling around. I felt pretty stupid.

congrats on the find...also on the antenna thing...
mine always seemed to get loose after I tightened it with my hand so I used a pair of plyers to give it an extra 3/4 turn and that thing hasn't moved since. Just thought I'd give you that extra tidbit of info.
