OK, i have a 1995 3.4L A4 and i bought a 1996 3.8L from a camaro A4(with computer, wiring harness, accessories). Here is the deal, I have heard that this engine will bolt up the the bell housing on my current 4l60e and i have heard that it will not.

Now i have heard there were at least 2 different bell housings(at least a different one for the v8, v6 so ive been told) so I just wanna know if it should work with it. i also heard the bell housing on the 4l60e was removable, so this could be a fix.

Also, my car only has 2 02 sensors, and this one only has two (in the exhaust manifolds) with no other cut wires...that is, all wires seem to be accounted for. My haynes book says this engine uses 4 02 sensors...so im confused. If this engine actually only needs 2 sensors, that is great cause i wanted to use an offroad pipe anyway. But if it does, where do they go and how could i bypass them (no wires means nowhere to hookup simulators)

My last thing I would like to say, my engine builing friend built this motor up in desktop dyno. Using the lowest end comp cam(dont remember specs), P&P head(matched intake too), headers, no cat, high flow intake and cat back, it showed to put out 270-280hp at the crank. what do you guys think?
