the dealer is full of it, i have the same problem, somebody once posted the solution to the problem but i forgot what the part is called, when you take of your door pannel there are three bearings/pieces holding the window, in my case once is broken, so it needs to be replaced

Thanks iam going to chew them a new ahole any way. Ive had it in for a bad window motor 3 times now. The window goes down really slow then stops. And they still havent fixed it. They keep saying they replace the motor. But i doubt that. So this time they fix it. Or iam going ape S! Also the window only started really rattleing after they fixed it last time! Thanks!

Take your door panel off. If the cradle that holds the windows is in good shape then look to the two adjustable brackets that control the gap between the wether stripping and the felt pads on the end of the brackets. You can adjusat these in/out to reduce rattle. Just don't make them too tight or the window will have a hard time getting up. Also, the best way to make your windows operate more smoothly is to take them out along with all the hardware and clean the window channels with degreaser and then regrease them. This is probably the single most important thing you can do to the windows to improve motor longevity and speed. I did mine a while ago and the driver's side window rolls up so much faster than the passenger side now. Good luck.

Oh yeah if you're talking about window rattle when the doors are shut with the windows down, get used to it...we all have it...it can be minimized but not really eliminated.

Exactly! The window felts play a BIG part in window rattle(s). While you have everything torn apart, re-grease your window tracks. Gob the Crap out of them with grease, it'll make the windows move up-n-down more freely. Trust me!!
