Why the best NA mod when you are going to go boost? Anyway the best NA mod right now would be a high stall vert or gears. A cam would be good to but, you need to make sure it will work well with boost. How much PSI are you going to be running? What type of turbo? What kind of racing will you be doing?

Our ignitions are pretty strong. I would look into a new fuel pump, headers (although I'm not so sure the stock tubulars don't flow as well or if not better than any aftermarket header), 1 pc drive shaft, maybe some tuning software for down the road, and some suspension work.

Yep, you have tubular manifolds so feel good about that and move headers futher down the list.
(he even has the borla.)

YOu have everything else pretty much including Y87. It may be time to decide...build N/A or go forced induction.

I second the comment about not needing to replace ignition. some people do like it and even say they get better gas mileage. There is some good reading on our stock ignition...i just forgot where it was...doh! But, it is sorta getting like you have nothing else to modify until you really dig into the motor or....f/i. hmmm, what would I do?

Go to a machine shop and have them make you some beastly turbo manifolds.

stall converter with no other mods dropped me .4 alone, and thats still running a 3.08 open rear. I cannot wait to get enough money up to rebuild my rear with 3.42/posi...and program the PCM.

stall converter was the best mod I've done so far.

High stall converter.
I run a 3200 ProYank nitrous converter... custom made for my car... went .7 quicker in the 1/4

Call Yank... speak with a tech... see what they suggest.

How can you guys buy a high stall converter when you're not done modding your car? The converter's stall speed works off of torque (that's why its in the name) which, if you further mod your car will change and guess what, now your stall speed just changed. Or are you then going to limit your cam selection to match the lower RPM range with your stall speed? Doesn't make sense, the converter should be your LAST mod, unless you just have more money than you know what to do with and can keep changing your converter with each mod you do.

Good point, but it won't change much unless you go a major power adder, very good point though.
