1. Is it a major difference in performance.
2. Could i use it on more than one firebird, so i could sell it to my friends and have them re use it?

1. I gained 3 tenths of a second in the 1/4 mile with it
2. As long as the same model chip can be used in both cars, yes
3. Nah
4. Yes, you MUST use premium gas or your doing more harm than good with it and you will lose gas mileage.
5. Buy it used, they don't go bad, do not buy it from jet chip, at the very least you can get them about 70+ bucks cheaper at summitracing.com

I looked at the Jetchip site and did not see a product for my 1997 Camaro 3.8L. I then emailed them and they do not offer one. So what are you guys using?

I am happy with mine...no difference in mpg...runs better/quicker...and EASY to install :D
