I use a 50/50 mix of prestone dex-cool. If possible, use distilled water, not tap water when mixing with the coolant.
50/50 is a good all-around mix here in the lower 48 states to prevent freezing. If you think you need a bit more antifreeze, you can go with a 60% antifreeze & 40% water mix, but I wouldn't recommend it.
